Cocedero, vino
The grapes are put through the window to the left and then are squashed by hand/foot. The juice drains through the hole in the floor next to the vat where it is collected. Then it is lifted up into the vat with buckets, where the wine ferments for 6 months before being transferred to oak barrels for a year or more.
Wild flowers
These flowers were picked out in front of our building, from a small plot that the dogs (and the kids) take care of business. The day lilies I added because the curtain competed too much with the central flowers. The orange brought the purple forward so that your eye can focus on the flowers and not jump back and forth.SOLD
